Injibara University signs tripartite memorandum of understanding with Amhara Regional Health Bureau, and Injibara General Hospital.

Injibara University President Gardachew Worku (Dr) said the tripartite agreement reached today is historic and that the university has opened a health science college in 2014. It has signed an agreement with Injibara General Hospital and the Amhara Regional Health Bureau to provide practical training for this subject. He added that the agreement will help for the opening of medicine and other new health education departments in 2015.                Habtamu Mihret, General Manager of Injibara General Hospital, on his part, recalled that the hospital has been receiving various support from the university in the past, adding that today’s agreement is based on legal documents. Representing the Amhara Regional Health Bureau, Dagnachew Dare, Director of the Human Resource Development Administration Directorate of the Health Bureau, said that they must meet various inputs to provide quality health services. He stated that one of the inputs is an educational Human power, adding that today’s tripartite agreement is intended to fill this gap.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 March 8, 2022, Injibara University
