Injibara University celebrated its second round colorful graduation ceremony on July 24, 2021. It is remembered that the university has celebrated its first round graduation ceremony on January 25, 2021 with 957 undergraduate students in four colleges in the presence of the federal and state dignitaries.
In the second round graduation, 633 male and 426 female students have graduated in 24 departments under the five colleges in regular program. Fifteen teachers of the university have also graduated in the Higher Diploma Program. Therefore, 1,074 total students have graduated as their status is approved by the University Senate.
Dr. Dilamo Othore, chairman of the University Board and Dr. Gardachew Worku (Associate Prof.), president of the University, thanked all the stakeholders in the success of the university. They have also indicated the future strategic issues of the university and wished all the best to the graduates and their families.
