Under the successive leadership of Mr. Yibekal Abate, Mr. Wondwossen Molla, and now Ms. Yirga Tadesse, the office has worked diligently to elevate the university’s reputation and make its major events accessible to the public. Through creative initiatives across mainstream media, social media, and print publications, the team actively shapes and projects an appealing image of the university. For example, they produce compelling documentaries, live videos, and the weekly “Tibebe Zagwe” television program to highlight notable campus happenings. The visually striking “Adinas” magazine, published annually, and regular brochures further showcase the university’s strengths. Strategic publicity around job vacancies and procurement activities attracts talented applicants and reputable vendors. Active social media engagement, particularly via the university’s popular Facebook and Telegram pages, fosters a vibrant online community. Partnerships with major newspapers like Addis Zemen and Ethiopian Herald ensure wide coverage of the university’s news and events. Thoughtful cultural gifts like handmade Chira shawls and Agaw umbrellas given to esteemed partners deepen connections.
