- Coordinate, support and monitor graduate programs;
- Prepare short and long term plans and monitoring their implementation
- Expanding programs in collaboration with colleges and departments;
- Develop guidelines and promote graduate programs;
- Track students from admission to graduation;
- Develop a quality framework (input, process and output) and ensure its implementation and maintain the quality of programs.
- Prepare a database for graduate students and report to the relevant department by analyzing the data on the program;
- Work in collaboration with academic departments to recruit qualified postgraduate staffs;
- Develop and evaluate graduate programs and curricula
- Develop capacity building programs for graduate students and colleges;
- Monitoring the fulfillment of educational resources;
- Perform additional functions provided by AVP.
