Women, Children and Youth affairs Directorate in Injibara University appeared as an office in 2018. It was during the time that the University started working that it got functioning. The office started functioning with one director and one expert. The main activities of the office focus on Women, children, HIV/AIDS, disabilities, and economic support related issues. The office is working with the objective of assuring gender equality, securing the rights of children especially related with day care issue, securing the rights of women and the rights of disabilities, creating safe and comfortable work place for Women, children, HIV/AIDS positive people, people with disabilities and people having economic problem. The name of the office is now changed in to Women and social affairs inclusive implementation executive since July 2023. Now it has one executive, three experts, and eight child care and support workers who take care of children in the day care center.
