The General Service Executive is one of the offices under the responsibility of the Administrative and Development Vice President. It is responsible for all general services. The office is chaired by an executive, two heads, and one coordinator, which includes a total of 34 permanent employees and 437 outsourced staff.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
The general service executive has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Making the campus green and attractive;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office and the area
- Providing fast office services
- Timely execution of maintenance works.
- Repair of kitchen machines
- Manage classrooms and teachers’ residences.
