The General Service Executive, which is accountable to the Vice President for Administrative and Development, is responsible for providing a wide range of general services to the university community. The office is chaired by an executive, two heads, and one coordinator, which includes a total of 34 permanent employees and 437 outsourcing staff.

- Executing maintenance and repair work as needed
- Managing the university’s classrooms and teachers’ residences
