The work process of finance executive of Injibara University was started in 2017 under the name of Finance and Budget Directorate.
This work unit started its function with two accountants at the time of its establishment, and currently it is managed by an executive and four team leaders (the head of the budget team, the head of the capital project budget team, the head of the budget monitoring team and the head of the internal revenue budget team).
The standard and capital budget of the institution is being managed by experts assigned to the work unit according to the financial decrees, rules and regulations so that the budget can be used for the intended purpose in an appropriate manner.
When a budget deficit is faced, this work unit applies a request for the additional budget allowance from the Ministry of Finance to ensure an efficient and effective service delivery for the institution.
