The Institutional Reform Executive is responsible to the President’s Office. The main responsibility of the executive is to follow up the implementation of the following reforms required by the Civil Service Commission.

- Compliant Handling and Resolution
Moreover, the executive oversees the implementation of the recent reforms initiated by the Ministry of Education namely:

- Educational Program and Curriculum Reform

- Journal Accreditation, Publication and Research Ethics Reform
