Institutional Reform Executive

Since the establishment of Injbara University, the institutional reform and good governance directorate; and now, the institutional reform executive work unit has been serving the university community in various fields.

The university community used the trainings gained from this work unit to provide better services to its internal and external customers as a higher educational institution through various reform activities, such as higher education digital reform (HEMIS), exit exam implementation reform, education programs and curriculum reform  (classrooms, student tenure, etc.).

By improving and implementing the internal work system, this work unit has completed the full implementation for the structural reform of higher education and started a balanced score card (BSC) result implementation for staff members.

To make the university’s service delivery more efficient, effective, transparent and accountable, the work unit has established a system where customers who are not satisfied with the service can find a solution by submitting their complaints. By modernizing this service delivery, it will do its part to satisfy the customer and the server will be satisfied with better performance, thanks and appreciation.

In general, the stakeholders of the institutional reform executive work unit, customers, Teachers, staff and the management will be able to fulfill their role in achieving the national vision. By making the mission, vision and values of the institution come true, these bodies should create connections and consultation to carry out the coordination function as they strive for excellent results.
