The Office of the Registrar’s is a key operational department responsible for managing students’ information from admission to graduation. The office provides services such as scheduling, registration, record-keeping, reporting, awarding and graduation. To organize the students’ academic records, the Student Information Management System (SMIS) has been implemented since 2022.
Office of the Registrar has the following responsibilities:
- Administering registration and scheduling process to deliver the University’s curriculum in accordance with its policies and regulations
- Managing the maintenance and integrity of all academic records, approved curriculum, creation and maintenance of course schedules
- Developing and maintaining Alumni information and database systems.
