Background of Public Administration& Development Management Department
The department of Public Administration and Development Management (PADM) is a training program that combines theories and practices in the organization and management of the public sector, non-governmental organizations as well as management of development programs and projects.
The program has been established at Injibara University in 2021, based on the need assessment conducted by the staffs of Injibara University. At the commencement of the program, the department has two staffs with the rank of lecturer specialized in Public Administration and Development Management.
For the coming future, the department will produce very competent, skilled, disciplined and entrepreneurial graduate public servants to the local community and the country at large.
