Injibara University conducted a review of its 2025 six-month plan implementation, with the participation of university council members.
The evaluation, presented at the forum, highlighted both strengths and weaknesses, along with key areas requiring attention. It also provided valuable insights into the successful admission of regular students and the continuation of the teaching and learning process in an intensive manner.
Key Achievements in Community Services
The successful delivery of various capacity-building training programs and the timely progress of construction projects were recognized as key strengths in the plan’s implementation.
Leadership Remarks
The discussion was chaired by University President Dr. Gardachw Worku, who emphasized that incorporating the university’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into the performance report was a significant strength. He also stressed that each department should carefully monitor and submit performance reports to the relevant office based on KPIs.
Strategic Guidance
The forum reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the report evaluation platform and provided guidance on key issues that should be included in future reports.
The performance report was presented by Lengere Atinkut, Executive Director of Strategic Affairs. Participants’ comments and questions were addressed and clarified during the session.
