Injbara University Board held its regular meeting and conceded various decisions.

The board made a profound discussions on the 2021/22 Performance Report, the 2022/23 Annual Plan, the opening of new Academic Programs and approval of directives for the Sutana Business and Consulting Enterprise.

The meeting was chaired by Bikila Hurisa (PhD), Chairperson of the Board and Coordinating Minister of Democracy Building Center in the Prime Minister's Office. He appreciated the university in its expansion of both undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs in its short period of establishment. He also added that successful implementation of construction projects and landscape greening activities can be taken as a role model for other higher education institutions.

Prof. Yeshigeta Gelaw, Vice Chairperson of the Board and CEO of Tebebe Gion Specialized Hospital also appreciated the strategic leadership of the University. While he appreciated the opening of College of Medicine and Health Sciences and other programs, he indicated that big attention should be paid for graduate employment opportunities when programs are open.

After discussing on the agendas in depth, the Board approved the Performance Report and the Annual Plan. Besides, it is decided to open 16 undergraduate and 31 postgraduate programs including PhD in Developmental Psychology. It also approved various guidelines of Sutana Business and Consultancy Enterprise.
